The Royal Pretenders

Thursday ranked extremely high on the list of experiences whilst being a lookalike…I’ve got a feeling I maybe saying that a few more times to come! The morning started off at the Stephen Friedman Gallery to do some filming with a rather beautiful Australian who happens to be an ex Miss-Universe. In my opnion, she still should be!

I’d love to put up some pictures but can’t till the footage has been released! In this job I’m having the privilege of meeting some extremely interesting/inspiring people and as cheesy as it sounds-it really gives you the drive to work hard for what you want!

Before grabbing some lunch and a well deserved cup of tea, I had an interview with a french freelance journalist with her photographer in tow before partaking in some filming for Japanese TV. Kate Bevan and I had the pleasure of riding in a horse and carriage from Westminster Abbey to Buckingham Palace which will be the official route once the happy couple tie the knot!

This attracted A LOT of attention!!! We took the route twice totalling 8 miles. Tourists/general public were in awe- they really thought we were the official couple, people running after us with cameras to girls screaming Williams name…Kate and I loved every minute. How many people get to experience such a thing?!

I’ll also be working with Kate this weekend at the NEC (Birmingham) handing out an award / mixing and mingling at an event. Coverage will be filmed by RTL (German Company) with some footage of me at my home preparing for the event…seriously need to clean my flat up before then!! The morning after will be an early start with a 2 day business trip to Berlin for some more filming then back to Blighty for some dancing lessons with Kate for another show. Some amazing jobs have been turning up recently…which means I have plenty to blog about! Enjoy the weekend…
